2nd National Intellectual Property Law Moot Court Competition, 2026

About Moot

The 2nd National Intellectual Property Law Moot Court Competition, set to take place in 2026, is building upon the remarkable success of its inaugural edition. This highly anticipated event is dedicated to providing an enriching experience by simulating contemporary intellectual property litigation.

This moot court competition is meticulously designed with a dual purpose: to bridge the often-noted gap between academic learning and the practicalities of courtroom practice. It aims to test participants not only on their grasp of substantive law but also on their strategic acumen with respect to procedural intricacies. By doing so, the competition ensures that participants are well-prepared for the nuanced and dynamic nature of real-world legal battles in the field of intellectual property.
